redevelopment and upgrade of essential facilities and equipment
on the southern foreshore, including footpaths, playground equipment,
landscaping, seating, barbecues, bike racks, picnic shelters, shade sails,

project consists of four stages with stages 1 and 2 funded and now delivered
with $19.7 million from the State Government’s Royalties for
Regions program.
